Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY: We will only accept a return if your item arrives physically damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact support@vivlura.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the defect. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are only issued where required by law.

We are not responsible for hair damage, burns, or adverse effects resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions. Shipping to the United States only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
